What is Direct Delivery?

Our Direct Delivery service is exactly what it says on the tin. We can provide a bespoke service to customers who require a speedier direct delivery of the items purchased at auction.

Our standard direct delivery service

We introduced the standard service as we have expanded operations. We now have drivers picking up from over 180 auctions throughout the UK, and very often the required delivery of an item is on our journey around the various auctions we visit in any one day. This enables us to make detours when feasible, planning our routes around a customers Direct Delivery enquiry.

Can you offer a Direct Delivery service to all customers?

Indeed, the service is available to all customers if they are within the UK. Although the majority of our Direct Delivery service is to coincide delivery with our auction collections, we can offer an entirely bespoke service, picking up from auction and delivering to the final destination.

Our ‘white glove‘ service incorporates this form of Direct Delivery, whereby we allocate a dedicated member of the JenTel logistics team to collect your antiques and collectables from the auction house and deliver it directly to your door. This is a premium service!
